What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is a personalized therapeutic plan to facilitate the well-being of the body, mind, and spirit. By weaving ancient Eastern healing traditions with the latest in Western scientific evidence, one is able to foster optimal health and wellness. Individual sessions may include yoga poses, breathing exercises, mudras, guided imagery, mindfulness, and deep relaxation. Supported by research, it is an effective tool in supporting the WHOLE person along their healing journey.

About Kristi
Yoga Therapist, LPTA, BS Integrative Health, RYT 500
Kristi specializes in holistic stress management, injury recovery, grief recovery to build strength, flexibility & resiliency!
With over 25 years of experience treating Orthopedic Physical Therapy Patients, Kristi has extensive anatomy and pathology knowledge to teach safe alignments and help bridge the gap between PT and real life activities. She has attended 50+ continuing education courses accredited by the APTA.
A Magna Cum Laude Graduate from Endicott College, she earned her B.A. in the healing arts of Integrative Health. Her thesis on Pranayama for Chronic Stress received a Senior Thesis Award nomination.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT 500, she has studied with many highly regarded teachers: Daniel Orlansky, Liz Owen, Doug Keller, Todd Norian, Jennifer Reis, Josh Summers, among others. She is certified in Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Meridian Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.
Kristi & her husband, of 36 years, have called Andover home since 1999.

Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions
Sessions are provided in person at my Andover office or over Livestream
We meet once a week for 4 weeks on the same day and time.
Sessions Include:
